The members of pwp chave decided that it's time to bring back more wars. Its someting we all have seemed to enjoy in the past, and hope to have fun doing in the future. We will be posting in various clan forums reguarding a war request. We have a list of active clans and would like to run the list 1 clan at a time.
This is strictly for fun...nothing to win, no website....just SS's for forums for each clan respectfully.
I am going to make some rules that we will be abiding by so everyone knows things from our side.
The latter rules apply more to pwp then anyone else.
No hacking allowed
No exhackers caught within 90 days of the war request
Noone banned from *pWp* servers currently. (This can be negotiated on past bans)
Best of 5 games. 3 wins win the war. Best of 7 upon request.
ALL default quake maps from the quake pk file are allowed except test bigbox.
Games must be atleast 3v3
*pWp* will choose the 1st map....then the map choices are rotated,
You may choose the same map more then once.
Trials/apps may play. we ask that no clan brings on a "ringer" or uses members that are not a true part of your clan.....we will go on trust with this. Again, players allowed to play will be decided by the "leader". Not all apps may have a chance to play, and we will respect clans who do not allow apps to play in scrims vs them. pWp apps will be "approved for war" only AFTER their poll for T has been posted. No pwp apps may play untill then unless they are needed, and the other clan agrees.
The server locations will be split ....2 @ zone, 3 @ the other clan server if needed. If best of 7, 2 zone, 3 at other server, then 1 zone, 1 at other if needed.
Dates and times will be set up in the clans forums that we are challenging. There will be no pwp forums section for setups, only SS's and alot of "gg's" talk
Before starting the war, each team need to pick a "leader" who will make all map/player decisions. It does NOT need to be a leader in the clan, kist who ever the clan decides makes that will make the cecisions. If they need to leave, they must appoint a new leader. This will make it easier to get clear answers on who plays and what maps so we dont sit waiting on answers. The "leaders" decisions on who plays and what maps are final. We do, however, ask that the leader picked has ref at their home server.
A *pWp* rule that is not a rule for the opposing clan.
No *pWp* member may play 2 games in a row. The players need to rotate. The only exception is having a lack of members in the server to play.
*pWp* members are NOT allowed to play more then 3 games in the war thats 5 games, 4 games if its 7,....again baring the amount of players able to play.
We are doing this for fun and activity. Theres no BS talk, no "i dont wanna play him" crap. Its a video game, we enjoy it....lets have fun.
